This whole set of workout apps are so amazingly helpful to me. I can take them anywhere, and I need that as I work some long hours and travel in healthcare. I can do this as part of my morning routine, or if there isn't time I have it with me to use on my break. It helps me keep limber and I need to be stronger to do my job better.
